Prices start at 143 PLN/night for the smallest cottage outside peak season. In July–August they range from about 300 PLN (a small cottage) to about 770 PLN for the largest 10–12-person cottage, depending on dates and length of stay. New cottages with a kitchenette from 210 PLN/night; pavilion rooms from 120 PLN/night. Prices are per unit, not per person - the booking system shows the live rate for your dates.

The 25% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. We recommend trip-cancellation insurance. For special cases, please call us.

The resort has 39 cottages (20 wooden, 19 brick) and 22 rooms in 2 pavilions. Sizes: 2/3, 3/4, 4/5, 5/6, a 6/7/8-person with 3 bedrooms and a lounge, and a 10/11/12-person. There are also new cottages with a kitchen (3/4 and 4/5) and hotel rooms (2, 3 and 4-bed).

Every cottage has a shower bathroom, fresh bed linen, a TV and a terrace with garden furniture. New cottages with a kitchen also have a kitchenette (fridge, hob, dishes). Towels are not provided.

Yes - every cottage has its own bathroom with a shower cabin and full sanitary facilities. No shared bathrooms.

Wooden cottages are classic timber holiday cabins with a terrace, in a forest setting - for nature lovers. Brick cottages (new, with a kitchen) offer modern finishes, a kitchenette and a higher standard. Both have bathrooms, TV and linen.

Yes - an indoor heated pool (27–29°C), open 10:00–19:00 all season. Use is included in the stay. The Finnish sauna (for 10) is open 10:00–17:00, paid separately.

Across 2.5 ha: an indoor pool, Finnish sauna, bowling (1 lane, 10:00–22:00, free), a tennis court (free), 3 ping-pong tables, football and volleyball pitches, a playground, bike rental, a bonfire and grill area, a common room, a TV lounge and a campsite.

Yes - a large fenced playground with swings, slides and climbing frames, visible from the resort paths. The resort is ideal for a family seaside holiday.

Yes - 12 bikes are available. Cost: 15 PLN/hour or 30 PLN/day. Routes don’t start on site, but the area (Rewal, Niechorze, Trzęsacz) has a well-developed cycling network.

Pogorzelica beach is 600 metres away - about a 10-minute walk along a forest path. It’s wide, sandy and one of the least crowded on the Rewal Coast.

Niechorze lighthouse from 1866 (4 km), the cliff-top Gothic church ruins in Trzęsacz (5 km), Rewal’s promenade and pier (3 km), Rewal Oceanarium (3 km), the heritage narrow-gauge railway from Gryfice (25 km) and Kołobrzeg (35 km). Right by the resort is Liwia Łuża lake with a bird reserve.

Yes - Pogorzelica has grocery shops a few minutes’ walk away. In season there are also local stalls with fruit, vegetables and fish. Larger shopping in Rewal (3 km) or Gryfice (25 km).

Check-in from 17:00, check-out by 10:00. If you need an earlier check-in or later check-out, contact us - we’ll try to accommodate subject to availability.

Yes - we accept pets. Fee 20 PLN/night per animal, no limit on the number. Please tell us at booking. Dogs must be on a lead on site; owners are responsible for cleanliness and other guests’ peace.

Yes - parking is available by each cottage, fee 10 PLN/night. No need to look for parking off site. The grounds are fenced and monitored.

Yes - free WiFi covers the whole resort, including cottages and common areas.

Yes - the whole 2.5-ha site is fenced, lit and monitored. Cottages sit among the pines and the playground is visible from the paths, which helps keep families with children safe.
