1. Booking & payment
- Bookings by phone, email, or Facebook message.
- 25% deposit required within 14 days of booking.
- Deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

- Payment methods: cash, card, bank transfer, BLIK.
- VAT invoices issued on request.
2. Check-in / check-out
- Check-in from 17:00.
- Check-out by 10:00.
- Late check-out possible on request (subject to availability).
3. Additional fees
- Tourist tax: PLN 5 per person per night (2026 rate).
- Parking: PLN 10 per night per vehicle.
- Pets: PLN 20 per pet per night.
- Sauna: paid separately (ask at reception).
- Bed linen included, towels NOT included.
4. Quiet hours & conduct
- Quiet hours: 22:00 – 06:00.
- No smoking inside cottages, rooms or common indoor areas.
- Please respect other guests and staff.
- Guests are responsible for damage — actual cost recovery.
5. Pool & BBQ
- Pool: subject to pool regulations (posted at entrance).
- BBQ: only in designated areas.
- Charcoal/gas not provided — bring your own.
6. Safety & monitoring
- Entire 6-hectare resort is fenced and CCTV-monitored 24/7 (RODO-compliant).
- Reception on-site during season hours.
- Beach lifeguard during summer season.
7. Personal data (GDPR)
- We collect: first name, last name, phone number, email.
- Purpose: booking fulfillment and stay operation.
- Data retained per RODO requirements.

8. Waste sorting
- Sort waste per EU / Polish requirements at designated bins.
- Separate plastic, paper, glass, organic, mixed.
9. Group stays
- Accepted (colonies, sports camps, school trips).
